Who Am I?
Hello beautiful people, my name is Adriana Stanescu
and I am a fully qualified personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach.
Fitness is my biggest passion because it allowed me to completely change my life and become the best version of myself. Now I’m looking to share that knowledge with you so that you can reach your potential.

My purpose is to empower mums and women all over the world to look after their bodies and live in a balanced, enjoyable and sustainable way.
As a mother of 2 kids, I face a lot of adversity and challenges in my daily life.
Every is day a journey that teaches me how to be a better parent, but as you know that is not an easy job because as mothers we know we are an example for our kids and they will follow us in whatever we do.
My goal is to create a great family environment for my children that promotes balanced diets, exercise and mental health.

AS I AM A BUSY MUM, do i need access to a gym to work with you?
Our workout plans are tailored to you. We can provide home workouts as well as gym workouts, whatever is best suited to your situation and goals.
MY TIME IS LIMITED, HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT?
Depending how much you prioritise yourself and your goals. Each plan is personalised for each individual. A workout plan lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour/ 3 times per week and Nutrition plan is made to learn quick easy & nutritious recipes.
WHEN CAN I START MY PLAN?
You will receive your customised plan within 3-4 working days from completing all the forms, after we discussed all your needs and goals, via a platform that allows you to track all your progress, log in your nutrition and workout.
I NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE. HOW CAN I START?
Workout plans are tailored to your abilities, from home workout to gym workout. We take it step by step, ensuring everything is enjoyable and in line with your goals and ability.
DO I HAVE SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED?
YES! Via the APP, there is a message chat box, so no need to spend hours waiting for someone to answer your question via email. We are here to ensure your goal will be achieved and not getting off track.
CAN I LOSE WEIGHT QUICKly?
Our plans are tailored to your needs, but we don’t recommend losing lots of weight in a short period of time, as you are going to stress your entire body. Instead taking small steps will help you achieve your goals for long term. Each plan is tailored to your specific needs and goal, in order to achieve your desired weight.
DO I NEED TO TRAIN EVERY DAY?
NO! The customised plan will work around how much time you have available.
DO I NEED TO COOK EVERY DAY?
Not necessarily! The nutrition plan can be made in that way you could prep in advance if you haven’t got enough time.
Prepping in advance is the key NOT to lose track from your goal.
I’VE GAINED LOTS OF WEIGHT AFTER I GAVE BIRTH. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET BACK IN SHAPE?
YES! Nutrition is the key. Our plans are tailored to your specific needs and goals. All recipes are easy to follow and tasty.
HOW CAN I GET A FLAT STOMACH?
Nutrition is the key. You can train as much as you want, but if you don’t follow the right nutrition to sustain it, which counts 80% from all progress, results will take longer to appear.
DO I NEED TO PRINT ALL THE PLAN?
NO! We work with a great platform that allows you to take your plan wherever you go. You will have your own APP, where you can access your plan anytime.
